Abstract Submission

General Information

• In order to abstract submission and participate in 35th  National Special Education Congress, you first need to fill in the Online Registration Form. Registration process will be completed once registration fee is paid. Therefore, the registration fee must be paid according to the congress timetable.
• Abstract must be prepared using the Abstract Template. The Abstract Template must be used without changing the format. Please click here for the document of Abstract Template.
• At least one of the authors named in the abstract must register for the Congress. Only abstracts that are submitted by the authors who have registered for the Congress will be included in the program.
• Each presenter author is allowed to present a maximum of two abstracts. There is no limit to number of abstracts per person.
• Each abstract will undergo a peer review process. Based on the submitted abstract, the reviewers will decide if your abstract is accepted for oral or poster presentation.
• Summary: Indentation should not be used in the summary. The summary should include the aim, method, findings, and conclusions of the study (subheadings should not be used). It should be between 100 and 300 words. A minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 keywords should be used.
• The presentation duration is limited to 15 minutes.
• Papers must be written in Turkish.
• Papers should be submitted online in Word format via https://uoek2025.com.tr.

 
Submitting an Abstract

• If you are a new user, first you need to “register” to the system before starting abstract submission. Please click for register.

• The submitted abstract can be tracked in the system.

Information for the Oral Presentation

• Each author will have 20 min for oral presentation: maximum 15 min for the lecture and 5 min for discussion.

 
Information for the Posters

• Posters must be prepared with maximum dimensions of 100 cm (height) x 70 cm (width).
• You must submit your posters before the presentation day.
• Poster should be readable at a distance of at least 1 meter.
• Materials to mount the posters will be available at the Poster Info Point onsite.
